Tanner - Owner and Operator

My journey in construction began while working as an installation builder for an urban farm in Washington, D.C. After a few seasons building trellises, garden boxes, and helping grow vegetables, I started work as an apprentice carpenter outside of Boulder, Colorado. Over the next five years, I had the opportunity to grow alongside the company, helping expand the team from just me, as their first hire, to over a dozen skilled individuals.

In May 2021 I founded my business, turning a long-held dream into a reality. Three years of business and a wedding later, life has brought us to Maine; a place I’ve dreamt of settling in ever since completing my SoBo hike on the Appalachian Trail in 2018. Here, I’ve loved working within a community of people that value the environment and the space around them.

Besides enhancing your home, my other passion is music; both in playing and attending live shows with my incredible wife, Sarah. We also love to get out and hike as much as possible, and are constantly working to expand our kitchen repertoire. Moose - Employee of the Month Indefinitely

Moose was born on March 21, 2012 in Hunt Valley, Maryland. He was adopted in July of the same year, and 4 years later moved to Colorado to achieve his dream of hiking in the mountains every weekend. After about decade in Colorado, he moved to Maine to pursue his dream of shucking the perfect oyster, but he still has trouble holding the knife. His other hobbies include sleeping, barking at delivery people, and staring at Tanner for an uncomfortable amount of time.
